EKOMEGA pulse jet filter was built by Ekomega S-ka z o.o. in Poland in
2008. The device is designed for dedusting the air of dry and
non-sticky dusts that may adversely affect the work of people in their
surroundings. Contaminated air flows through the filter cloth inside
the machine, causing dust particles to settle on the filter surface.
These particles are removed by cyclical pulses of compressed air at
low volume and relatively high pressure. The cleaned air is then
routed to further processes or discharged into the atmosphere. The
dust layer, on the other hand, falls into a chute. All this makes the
offered EKOMEGA industrial dust collector an excellent choice for
companies operating in the cement, metallurgy or construction
industries.
The machine on offer is part of a M6351405 larger EPS production
line. It is also possible to purchase the entire technological line,
consisting of the following components:
– polystyrene pre-expander
– EPS granulate feeding system
– styrofoam forming machine (5 units)
– injection moulding machine
– robot for injection moulding machine
