DURMA TP9 turret punch press was built in 2007 in Turkey by DURMAZLAR
MAKİNA SANAYİ ve TİCARET A.Ş. The machine, distinguished by its
high efficiency, is an excellent choice for precision machining of
sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. The machining process is
performed fully automatically by means of a reliable work head
operating with a maximum force of 20 tonnes. A 27-station turret
cooperates with the head, capable of storing a large number of tools
of all sizes and types. The material feed, on the other hand, is
carried out on a large brush table, which prevents scratches and
scrapes on the workpiece surface and significantly reduces noise
levels. The table is also equipped with clamps, responsible for
holding the material securely during machining. All this is
complemented by an advanced SIEMENS CNC controller with many useful
functions. The DURMA TP9 CNC punching machine weighs 12500 kg.
