DOOSAN DNM 4500 CNC milling machine built in Germany in 2019 is used for drilling, milling or threading workpieces weighing up to 600 kg. Machining is performed in the X,Y,Z axes on a working table with dimensions (L x W) of 1000 x 450 mm. The vertical machining centre characterised by excellent precision and exceptional machining quality, will satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Noise and vibrations occurring during machining are reduced thanks to the use of a high-performance direct drive spindle operating at speeds in the range from 80 to 8000 revolutions per minute. The tool magazine can store up to 30 tools, and they are changed in a very short time of just 1.2 seconds.

The machining centre is also equipped with among others, through-spindle coolant, a lubrication system and an extremely efficient and reliable FANUC 0iMF CNC controller, ensuring full control of the milling machine. The CNC milling machine is in very good condition and has only 400 hours of operation. The total weight of the machine is 5000 kg.
