Stainless Steel Mixing/Processing Station for Food Production

Components:
- 2 × stainless steel process tanks "DT 05 BICARBONATE IT01 / IT02"
- Top-mounted agitator drives (electric, probably SEW or ABB)
- Several pneumatic poppet valves from Alfa Laval (mixproof)
- Stainless steel piping network (DIN 11850 / hygienic)
- Integrated control cabinet and signal wiring (orange and gray wires)
- Plastic IBC container (1000 l), connected via flexible hose and couplings for ingredient supply
- Platform and access stairs for maintenance and monitoring

Tank construction:
- Material: AISI 316L stainless steel (food grade)
- Capacity: approx. 500–800 l per tank
- Features: Manhole with closable lid, spray head CIP connector, agitator bracket and outlet manifold

It is a hygienic process and dosing module designed for the preparation of liquid ingredients in a food production environment – probably a dairy or similar facility.

Until now, it has s51240323 been used to make cream or s51240323 sour cream.

The module includes stainless steel tanks with agitator, valve groups for automatic flow control and integrated CIP (Cleaning in Place) function.

A connected IBC system introduces liquid raw materials directly into the cycle.

The entire system is compact, hygienically designed and industrially automated.
