CORMAK LF3015LNR laser cutting machine was built in 2021 by the Polish company CORMAK. The machine, which is designed for precision cutting of tubes, sheets and profiles, uses advanced FIBER technology to machine even the hardest materials of various thicknesses. This technology is a much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 machines of similar power, while also guaranteeing low operating costs and trouble-free operation for many years of use.

The workpieces are machined with a reliable RAYTOOLS cutting head with autofocus and protective glass. It moves along a sliding gantry made of aircraft aluminium. The installed software automatically adjusts the focus lens from -10 mm to +10 mm, ten times faster than standard manual adjustment. Both the collimator lens and the focus lens are equipped with a heatsink to reduce the temperature of the cutting head and thus extend its service life. In this way, the LF3015LNR fibre laser achieves the highest cutting quality and precision.

The internal structure of the machine bed consists of a number of rectangular tubes welded together, inside which stiffeners are placed. This solution aims to increase the overall strength and stability of the machine, while also eliminating vibration and bed deformation during machining. In addition, an automatic support for tube cutting has been placed outside the standard work area. The extensive equipment includes among others an IPG laser source, CypCut software and components of renowned brands (YASKAWA, SCHNEIDER). The CORMAK fiber laser weighs 5500 kg.
