removed prior to dismantling and are not part of the sale.
The building will be delivered empty for the purpose of efficient
dismantling.
After award, a written agreement will be drawn up with the buyer in
which the dismantling, removal, planning and delivery conditions are
laid down.
After the sale, an implementation schedule is drawn up together.
Dismantling and removal must be carried out in consultation during the
agreed period.
The buyer is responsible for the safe and correct disassembly and
disposal of the purchased item.
