CMA Long Bed Machining Center Model 3RD-CNC-6006 with 4th Axis
The CMA 3RD long-bed machining center is the third generation of
successful predecessor models that
are used in a variety of ways around the world every day. The machine
is designed with the latest generation of
industrial PC control, servo drives and servo motors from OMRON
(Japan).
What does a machining center have to offer in practice?
- Drilling quickly and easily in the exact position (a hole in the
wrong position leads to problems, i.e. high assembly costs)
- Can be used both for individual parts (manually 1 or 2 holes in a
product) and for small and large series
- Have the option of using both conventional HSS drills and modern
carbide drills to drill faster
- Be suitable for processing (several) small or large products
- Be suitable for drilling, tapping, countersinking and flow drilling,
among other things
- Be able to carry out milling operations without having to clamp the
product on 2 machines for this machining

- Simple graphical programming, including GoTo function in manual
operation
- Free programming in DIN/ISO (G-commands)
- 2-axis interpolation for X/Y axis, including arcs
- 3-axis linear interpolation (X/Y/Z)
- 3-axis interpolation (X/Y/Z) for helix milling and thread milling
- Rapid traverse X-axis = 30 m/min., Y-axis = 25 m/min.
