This machine is made by Miromatic in Germany, one of the most experienced manufacturers for bucket filling machines. It has one filling lane. The magazine and the filling area are designed to use plastic buckets from 3kg to 10kg. They can be equipped also with handles. We recommend here the buckets from Saier Verpackungstechnik as we have seen best results with their buckets and service. The buckets are stacked onto the magazine and will be de-stacked automatically. Sterilization by H2O2 is the first step in the process, followed by filling and closing with lid. The lid is also stacked in a magazine and de-stacked automatically, followed by sterilization. The bucket will then leave the machine to be pushed on a conveyor for further transportation.
