The planing grinding moulding machine is a machine designed for professional use and will be used in the Foam industry for levelling, grinding and/or sawing of grooves in plates. The sawing unit behind the Wide band grinding unit is used for sawing grooves in the sanded plates. Broadband looping is defined as follows: • Planing: The surface of a workpiece is measured with the help of planer blades made flat, especially if more than 1 mm must be removed from the material; • Calibration: to the same thickness, so that a regular Workpiece surface is created; • Grooves: A rotating axis with saw blades for incorporating Grooves in the plates after they have been sanded. The machine can be inspected or put into operation under "power".
