BODOR T230 tube and profile fiber laser was built in 2020 in China by
Jinan Bodor CNC Machine Co.,Ltd. The machine, which is distinguished
by its use of the state-of-the-art technology available on the market,
is the best choice for even the most demanding tasks in many
industries. It enables precise cutting of tubes and profiles with a
square cross-section by means of a stable 1 kW fibre-optic beam.
During the machining process, the cutting head with auto focus
function stores the focal length values in the control system
separately for each type of material. The intelligent technology
developed by BODOR, in turn, reduces the piercing time by 90%,
regardless of the thickness and type of material. All these solutions
reduce energy consumption and the amount of cutting gas to a
minimum.
The T230 tube laser cutting machine is also extremely easy to operate.
The machine operator has an advanced numerical control with a
touchscreen and intuitive interface. The control system has many
useful functions, such as the function for optimal distribution of the
cut shapes on the workpiece in such a way as to make best use of the
