BODOR P3015 fiber laser was built in 2020 in China by Jinan Bodor CNC
Machine Co.,Ltd. Distinguished by its use of the most advanced
technology available on the market, the machine is the perfect choice
for even the most intensive challenges. It enables the precise
machining of sheet metal with a maximum length of 3000 mm and a width
of 1500 mm by means of a stable 2 kW fibre optic beam.
During the machining process, the cutting head with autofocus
automatically adjusts the focal position depending on the thickness of
the material. The nozzles, in turn, are automatically changed,
calibrated and cleaned to ensure reliable operation throughout their
service life. All this is completed by the 360° anti-collision system
developed by BODOR, which predicts and detects any obstacles.
The BODOR P 3015 fibre laser is also extremely easy to operate. The
machine operator has an advanced numerical control with a touchscreen
and many useful functions at his disposal. The control system
automatically optimises the commissioned tasks through, among others,
intelligent graphic handling, edge search or automatic positioning.
All of this maximises material utilisation while keeping waste low.
The P3015 laser cutting machine weighs approximately 9600 kg.
