BMEI BV100 CNC vertical machining center was built in 2007 in China by
BMEI CO., LTD. The machine is used for precision machining of
workpieces with a maximum weight of 700 kg. The machining process is
performed inside a large workspace, which has been fully maximised to
ensure the freedom of performed operations. Inside it, there is a
stable work table with a length of 1300 mm and a width of 610 mm and
with five T-slots for quick and easy attachment of tooling. The
spindle, driven by a high-powered motor, reaches a speed of as much as
15000 rpm and moves in three X,Y,Z axes with feeds of 1050 mm, 510 mm
and 560 mm respectively. The capacious 21-position tool magazine, on
the other hand, allows storage of a large number of tools with a
maximum diameter of 160 mm. A short tool change time of just six
seconds reduces machine downtime to a minimum. All this is
complemented by an advanced FANUC CNC controller, in which even the
most complex machining programmes are created in just a few steps. The
BMEI BV 100 CNC machining center is offered with a TONGFEI cooling
unit. The total weight of the machine is approximately 6500 kg.
