Belimed - PH-820 2H 1ST - Washing machine - 2015

This is a front loading Washing Machine specifically designed for washing laboratory utensils and
Glassware etc. The machine is entirely constructed from stainless steel and is fitted with a sliding
vertical front door. It has internal dimensions of 110 x 60 x 75 cm and a useful volume of approx.
500 litres.
Items to be washed are placed into baskets which in turn are
placed onto trolleys. The trolleys are rolled-up to the open door
of the washer. This Washer is currently fitted with 3 different
Loading trolleys. The washing assembly comprises of two
rotating washing arms at the top and at the bottom which guide
different detergents and rinsing media into the machine. The
reservoir for detergents is located in the base of the machine.
The Belimed PH 820 offers different washing programmes with
variable washing temperatures and has a heating capacity of
26.5 kW.
All operator controls are grouped in a Siemens HMI panel to
the right. An external supply of cleaning media is required.

Warm Water WFI 150 litres per minute
Cold Water 30 litres per minute
Compressed Air 50 Nm3/h
