Used Becomix process tank model RW30CD made of stainless steel.
Approximate working volume 2-25 liters (depending on product). The
unit features a clamped, domed lid and a tapered welded bottom. The
interior is designed for a maximum allowable operating overpressure of
2 bar (29 psi) at 133°C (273°F) and a maximum allowable external
pressure of 1 bar vacuum (15 psi FV) at 5/133°C (41/273°F). The
metal's minimum design temperature is 5°C (41°F) at 2 bar (29 psi).
The outer stainless steel jacket is designed for a maximum operating
pressure of 4 bar (58 psi) at 5°C (41°F) to 152°C (306°F). The
unit is equipped with a top-mounted mixer with electric drive/gearbox
and a floor-side homogenizer with electric drive. Mounted in a wheeled
stainless steel frame.
