BAYKAL BPS3006 plasma cutting machine was built in 2020 in Turkey by
BAYKAL MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş. The machine is designed for
precision plasma cutting of sheet metal and tubes. The machining
process is performed on a large work table with a length of 6000 mm
and a width of 3000 mm with an extraction system. This system is
integrated with an industrial filtration unit, which removes any
contamination generated during the cutting process on an ongoing
basis. The plasma torch with an anti-collision system and automatic
height adjustment is in turn powered by a powerful HYPERTHERM plasma
source of the highest energy efficiency. The innovative True Hole
cutting technology for mild steel ensures significantly better hole
quality than was ever possible with the use of plasma. All this is
complemented by extensive equipment, consisting of, among others, an
intelligent CNC control and automatic Nesting software. The BPS-3006
plasma cutting machine weighs 9500 kg.
