AXXAIR orbital welding system was built in 2020 in France. The system,
designed to weld tubes with a maximum diameter of 220 mm, proves
itself wherever the highest quality, repeatability and cleanliness of
joints are required. The mechanised orbital welding is performed using
the TIG method, in which a torch with a non-fusible tungsten electrode
moves around a stationary workpiece. The use of this solution
guarantees welds of the highest quality, repeatability and
cleanliness.
The orbital welding system on offer is fully complete and consists of
the following parts:
– orbital welding power source AXXAIR SAXX-210
– open head for orbital welding SATO-220E41
– orbital cutting machine AXXAIR CC222
