AXXAIR orbital welding system was built in 2020 in France. It is an
extremely easy-to-use and efficient solution for precision welding of
tubes with a maximum diameter of 170 mm. The mechanised orbital
welding is performed using the TIG method, in which a torch with a
non-fusible tungsten electrode moves around a stationary workpiece. In
this way, welds of the highest quality, repeatability and cleanliness
are produced.
The orbital welding system is offered with all the necessary
components including
– orbital welding power source AXXAIR SAXX-210
– open head for orbital welding SATO-170E41
– orbital cutting machine AXXAIR CC172
