Overview This vacuum filling and capping monoblock was manufactured
in 2019 by the German company ALWID Maschinenbau GmbH. The model
ALWID-SUPERIOR-48HV-10PP is designed for level filling of glass
bottles using a high-vacuum system, making it ideal for low- to
medium-viscosity liquids such as spirits or similar products. The
system features 48 filling valves and a 10-head ROPP capping unit,
ensuring efficient, high-precision operation. With a performance of up
to 12,500 bottles per hour (0.7 L), it offers a professional solution
for high-speed bottling lines. The machine is CIP-capable, equipped
with spray balls, and includes a Siemens S7 control system. It has
approximately 14,000 operating hours and is already dismantled.
Missing peripheral components such as the cap sorter, bunker conveyor,
and chutes can be procured upon request and a factory overhaul is also
