Overview This ALWID Matador-HV linear filling machine was manufactured
in 1997 and is designed for filling liquid products into various
bottle formats in small to medium production environments. The machine
operates with a high-vacuum filling principle, enabling
level-controlled filling and ensuring consistent fill heights. The
filler is equipped with five filling stations and achieves a capacity
of approximately 1,000 bottles per hour at 0.7 L. One advantage of the
system is that the filler itself does not require format parts,
allowing flexible processing of different bottle sizes. The associated
capping system can process both PP screw caps and swing-top closures
(grip corks). For this purpose, the machine includes two cap sorting
bowls, one for each closure type. Approximately ten format sets are
available for the capper, covering round and square bottles from 0.2 L
to 1.0 L. With its conventional control system and robust mechanical
design, the ALWID Matador-HV is a reliable solution for beverage,
spirits, or specialty liquid filling applications. Technical Data
