ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welding machine built in 2014 in Germany (in
operation since 2017) is the perfect solution for machining components
such as dies, moulds or tools and machine parts. The laser beam
welding method used by the machine significantly speeds up the
machining process and simultaneously increases productivity compared
to standard workpiece welding methods. Materials are joined together
with a concentrated light beam of high power density, which results in
an aesthetically pleasing, robust weld of high quality.
In addition to its excellent performance, the ALPHALASER ALM 200 laser
beam welding machine also stands out for its ease of use. The machine
operator has an adjustable arm on which there is a special joystick
which allows him to freely position and move the workhead in the X,Y,Z
axes. All machining parameters are set via a panel with membrane
keypad or by using a multifunctional foot switch. In addition, the
narrow design of the workhead provides access to the inside of the
workpiece, thereby increasing the machining range. Throughout its
lifetime, the ALPHA LASER ALM mobile laser welding system has been
regularly serviced.
