ACCUTEX AU-500iA wire EDM was built in 2013 in Taiwan by ACCUTEX
TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. The machine, distinguished by its outstanding
precision and reliability, is designed for the production of parts
with complex geometries, i.e. precision dies, punches and tools. The
machining process is performed by means of electrical erosion, which
makes it possible to achieve difficult shapes in even the hardest
materials. This method also minimises or completely eliminates the
need for other secondary processes, such as polishing. The AU-500iA
wire EDM machine on offer features, among others, 5 axes and an
intelligent CNC control in which advanced machining programmes are
created in just a few steps. The total weight of the machine is
approximately 3500 kg.
