The system consists of a complete AZO granule drying and conveying system with several GT400 dryer containers, connected vacuum delivery lines, return suction stations and a central dehumidifier LE900N.


• Dryer tank AZO GT400, built in 2012, serial number 1073171

• Dehumidifier AZO LE900N with 900 m³/h air volume flow

• Multiple GT dryer stations with stainless steel tanks, viewing windows and heating band control

• Vacuum conveying technology incl. cyclone separator, stainless steel pipes and suction station

• Roller conveyors / conveyor lines with a length of approx. 6,000 mm and a width
of 1,000 mm
• Pipeline construction completely installed, including risers, distributors and transfer points

• Electrical installation 400 V, central control units at each station

• Visible S51224454 features: extractors, material distributors, S51224454 pressure indicators, safety shutdowns

• Researched dimensions of the GT400 unit (maximum): H 3,200 mm, W 1,500 mm, L 6,500 mm
