ECKERT AGAT SPEED 6000x2000 oxy-fuel cutting machine was built in 2019 in Poland by ECKERT AS Sp. z o.o. The machine is designed for the precision oxy-fuel cutting of sheet metal, enabling the production of high-precision and repeatable components. Machining is performed by a HARRIS oxy-fuel torch based on pre-programmed cutting programmes. A support with a capacitive distance sensor maintains the correct torch height above the workpiece, ensuring a stable process. The 6000 x 2000 mm work space enables the machining of larger workpieces, whilst the machine’s open design ensures convenient access to the work area from all sides. The ECKERT AGAT SPEED is operated via the intuitive ECS 872 CNC controller with a touchscreen. ECKERT AGAT SPEED gas cutting machine was manufactured in Poland in 2014. The machine designed for precision cutting of metal sheets with a maximum thickness of 100 mm is distinguished by a high-quality portal with an open structure, ensuring excellent stability during the performed cutting process and free access of the operator to the working space. The contamination generated during the cutting process is continuously removed by a sectional extraction table covering the entire working area of the machine.
