he box labeling machine consists of an Etiprint inline system controlled by the Collamat Monitor. The system is mounted on a stable frame and features a pneumatic applicator with a vacuum plate that automatically applies labels to the boxes. The boxes are transported to the applicator via a conveyor belt. An optical sensor checks the labels, and any defective boxes are sorted into a collection container. The labeling system allows for height and lateral adjustments of the Etiprint and is operated via a control panel. Control: Siemens SIMATIC S7-200.
