The machine is ideal for short lengths (30, 50 or 100m) either in full width, or you can also divide into different widths, from a maximum of 1600 mm. Thanks to the 4 take-up shafts, the machinist is able to unload and position a new sleeve while the machine is still winding.
This brings an enormous amount of extra power at the end of the day, as there are only short downtimes.

The machine is still B6164740 in daily use and sample materials can be tested daily. We would then disassemble the machine, pack it and put it on a stable pallet. 20ft containers can be loaded via the ramp.
