production of sweet butter from cultured and / or sweet cream and is
suitable for hygienic dairy processing applications. The CBM has a
butter production capacity of approximately 750 kg per hour and is
designed for an input of approximately 1,500 litres of cultered or /
and sweet cream per hour (35/42% fat, pH of ± 4,8 and infeed
temperature ± 8 - 13 °C). Completely electrically driven; Churning

combination of the serviced mechanical equipment and new Rittal
control panel with Danfoss variable-speed drives provides
straightforward operation and independent speed control of the main
