This workstation was configured for a cleanroom class D and max.
for OEB3 substances (medium toxic material)
Via the laminator in the bonnet area, H 14 filtered clean air in
ISO 5 quality in accordance with EN 14644-1 with unidirectional flow
and a flow velocity of 0.17 m/s to 1.00 m/s - depending on the product
and task - is channelled into the interior of the barrier above the
product, creating a cleanroom zone.
The visible surfaces are made of stainless steel 1.4301 and are
brushed (RA <0.8 ym)
The WIBObarrier system works B6161182 according to the three-zone
principle
