Row of pawls for cross-chain loading
The workpieces, which are inserted individually or in a package, are
placed on the
Cross-chain feeding separated by rows of pawls and then
individually into the saw for processing. Rows of handles
are required for cross-loading parcels
Additional. Photocells in transverse transport for
min. cross-section 23x12mm
Cross feeding
Variable switch with magnetic holder to control the first
Row of handles
The switch actively activates the first row of jacks,
so that it is possible to prepare parcels even on running cross
chains
in front of the handles.
Lifting/lowering table in the stop area
is needed for downwardly curved wood
Cross feeding
Infinitely adjustable alignment aid for transverse transport
(Standard version-sliding guide)
Infinitely adjustable alignment aid for parcels on transverse
transport,
in order to achieve a largely flush packet alignment at the
Slider block.
Base body/slider
Swivel positioning slider for higher performance
due to continuous feeding with pneumatic equipment
for lifting and lowering,
Slider block with width 180 mm
Laser photocell on swivel positioning slide
For automatic detection of the raw board length
with varying input length with the help of a
Swivel positioning slider mounted laser photocell.
Maximum wood curvature in width 15 mm, others on request.
Additional laser photocell on the slider
for min. cross-section 23 x 12 mm and curved parts.
Saw
Optimizing cross-cut saw OptiCut S 90 Speed
-
Left version -
Particularly fast, automatic cross-cut saw as an integrated
solution
consisting of a positioning unit and a saw. Secure cropping of
individual parts with high performance at the same time. The heavy,
welded saw bodies as well as the sawing unit form the
Basis for precise cross-cuts.
Safe and efficient work at a high level of
Feed speed: Rapid loading directly into the
transport position by means of swivelling positioning slide and
automatic start by photocell curtain. The positioning is
Highly dynamic and precise. Clamping of the workpieces and cutting
episodes are optimized in terms of time. The return stroke of the
slider is extreme
fast. This achieves very high daily outputs. OptiCut
S 90 Speed can be upgraded with options (many of which are
even retrospectively).
Max. wood entrance length 7.2 m
Base body/hold-down/workpiece clamping
Shortened lifting distance of the hold-down device
The hold-down device moves after the automatic detection of the
workpiece thickness only a short stroke distance in order to complete
the sawing cycle
shortening.
Length optimisation
Input lengths 500 - 7200 mm
Workpiece width approx. 20 - 300 mm
Workpiece thickness approx. 10 - 100 mm
Previous owner requirements:
Workpiece width M51245323 23 - 160 mm
Workpiece thickness 12 - 100 mm
Nominal cross-sections approx. 23 x 12 mm / 160 x 100 mm
Fixed length min. 60 mm
Saw blade diameter max. 500 mm
Saw blade bore 30 mm
Speed max. 3600 rpm
OptiCom Direct control via 12-inch TFT colour display
Machine in left-hand version:
The machine is loaded on the left (infeed) and conveys the strips to
the right (outfeed). Cross-feed belts enable cross-feeding.
"Speed" equipment variant & optional extras:
- Pusher motor with increased performance for particularly heavy
wood-based materials and large workpiece cross-sections or large
packages up to max. 100 kg.
The travel speed of the positioning slide is infinitely adjustable, up
to a maximum of approx. 240 m/min.,
