Fully automatic tube bending and welding system with solid-state laser
Trumpf TruDisk 3002 (6C), for the production of round, oval,
polygonal, longitudinally welded tubes. Diameter from 80-400mm, length
from 80-620, material thickness 0.8-2.0mm (steel, chrome steel and
stainless steel).
Other features of the fully automated pipe production machine are:
-Bending station (weld edge bending)
-Camera-guided welding optics.
-Seam smoothing to eliminate any height offsets in the weld
-annealing" at approx. 500 °C to optimize subsequent expansion or
calibration
-Extraction system for welding fumes.
-Complete maintenance by manufacturers.
