Natural Gas Generating Set 8.7 MW/50Hz Wärtsilä W20V34SG with
auxiliary equipment
This 8.7 MW natural gas-fired power plant, manufactured by Wärtsilä
in 2007, is in excellent condition. It has only 17,450 total operating
hours and has been consistently serviced by Wärtsilä, including the
most recent scheduled 16,000-hour service.
The plant ceased operation in 2019 and has since been kept in a warm
standby state to prevent corrosion. A professional condition
inspection was conducted in November 2024, confirming that both the
engine and alternator are in perfect condition. The unit is now
available for serious buyers.
The plant complies with stringent European emission regulations. It is
engineered to operate in high ambient temperatures; the
high-temperature (HT) cooling circuit uses air radiator cooling, while
the low-temperature (LT) circuit is cooled via a cooling tower.
The power plant was dismantled in the end of 2025 and is available for
immediate shipment.
