In contrast to sandblasting, wet blasting, or VaporBlast, adds another
element to the treatment: water. This optimizes the surface treatment
and allows even smoother and more uniform surfaces to be achieved.
The Vapormatt PUMA is a high-quality and versatile manual wet blasting
booth from Vapormatt, which invented the wet blasting process in the
1950s. In over 70 years of further development in wet blasting, an
ergonomic and economical system has been created, the Vapormatt PUMA.
Small series parts can be processed by means of an insertable basket,
and a clamping device for rims makes it possible to process them. Even
large workpieces, weighing up to 50 kg, can be placed on the robust
stainless steel mesh.
The integrated circulating water supply ensures that consumables are
used sparingly.
