A vision system from Keyence uses the camera to check whether the products used have been positioned correctly. If not, the tray is ejected. In one of the following stations, products can either be inserted laterally or the tray is formed into an open tray. The Schäfer & Flottmann has run little and is in very good condition. For sale is a used SOMIC packaging system with 2 fan conveyors (=2 formats). Tubular bags were packed, but other products that arrive horizontally from an infeed conveyor can also be packed. The Somic has a height-adjustable levelling belt where the contents of the tubular bags can be distributed before packaging. Somic had worked with Elau technology in the control area and Elau discontinued these servos and controllers.
