Mesa 900 is specifically designed to efficiently cut the cheeks and tongues of fish heads. It is suitable for processing all mid-sized fish heads without special adjustments. The machine is equipped with two separate tubs, one for collecting offal and the other for the already processed heads. This item was settled up for range 300 – 500 g cod heads weights but could be easily reset back for 600 – 1300 g weight range, on demand.
