Big Bag filling station, filling and weighing system used

The system consists of the following components:
1 filling hopper approx. 2300 height 2500 mm
2 stainless steel trough screws
1 tumbling/shaking sieve approx. 1200 height 1900 mm
1 BigBag filling station approx. 1950 x 2400 x 3700 mm
1 control cabinet

The Big Pack filling is filled by wheel loader or forklift via a pouring funnel.
The filling material is transported via a conveyor screw to a B4419740 tumbling sieve. From there, transported with another screw to the actual weighing and filling station. The big bags lie on a vibrating floor when filling and are thus compacted.
