The machine uses two types of foil. The lower foil is plastic and,
passing through the forming station under the influence of heat and
stretching, takes the shape of the mold, creating a package.
Once the foil has cooled, it moves to the loading area where the
products are placed into the package, this function can be performed
manually or automatically using special assistive devices.
After filling the molds, the upper foil is placed above the mold and
welded to it, it is possible to simultaneously create a vacuum in the
package and fill it with protective gas.
Ultimately, the cutting station separates the packages into individual
or groups that leave the machine in exactly the condition in which the
recipient is to receive them.
