This 2015 TOMSA DESTIL Alcohol Dehydration Plant is designed for the
large-scale production of high-purity ethanol. It processes distilled
alcohol (95.5% v/v) into dehydrated alcohol with up to 99.8% v/v
concentration, suitable for beverages, industrial applications, or
biofuel.
The plant has a nominal capacity of 90,000 liters per day and operates
with advanced molecular sieve technology using pressure swing
adsorption (PSA), ensuring high efficiency, low energy consumption,
and fully automated operation.
Condition & Usage
The plant was barely used and only produced 2,000 m³ of dehydrated
alcohol during its operation, leaving the equipment in excellent
condition.
