Floor space: Hall 15.35 m x 24.49 m plus canopy (depth 3.82 m).
Roof pitch: The gable roof has an inclination of 15° (canopy 10°).
Weight estimate: The steel structure is estimated to be approx. 18 to
22 tons (pure steel weight without cladding). This serves as the first
basis for your logistics planning.
Base & façade
The hall was originally mounted on a 40 cm high clinker brick base.
Since this is omitted during dismantling, a corresponding plinth (e.g.
made of precast concrete elements or masonry) would have to be
prepared on site for the reuse of the original wall panels before
reassembly in order to maintain the connection heights of the façade.

Foundation planning: The hall was founded on strip foundations with a
15 cm base slab. Since the soil conditions at your new location can
vary, the foundation statics should be individually adapted.
Due to its solid substance, the hall offers an excellent and
economical solution for your construction project.
