TECHNIPLAST professional machine for the automatic filling and
packaging of pots, particularly suitable for agri-food products such
as yogurts, dessert creams, dairy preparations, sauces and other
semi-liquid products.
The machine works with an indexed turntable ensuring the movement of
the pots between the different production stages. It is equipped with
a magazine with automatic destacking system for the pots, a large
stainless steel hopper, as well as a pneumatic dosing and filling
system.
The set also includes several cylinders and sensors, an output
conveyor and a control panel for controlling the various functions.
Components from well-known brands, including SICK for some sensors and
Danfoss VLT for the inverter.
Mainly stainless steel construction, suitable for the food
environment. The work area is protected by transparent casings with
secure access.
The machine is accompanied by its TECHNIPLAST technical documentation
as well as documents relating to certain components.
