rpm), level tank of ± 100 liter (internal diameter 45 cm, internal
height 70 cm) with mix agitator (0,18 kW - 665 rpm), pre-heater
(tubular heatexchanger), homogeniser (FBF 001), 2x tubular heaters,
holding, 2 tubular coolers and a double jacketed ripening tank of ±
250 liter (internal diameter 70 cm, internal height 63 cm) with
propellor agitator (0,37 kW - n2: 50 rpm). The pilot pasteurisation
plant is previously used for ice cream mixture and only run for 357
production hours., The unit can be used for all kind of different
combinations for pasteurisation and homogenising of liquid products,
