The SteriWasher is an innovative new robust, high-performance,
validateable part washing system designed for use in pharmaceuticals,
biotechnology, food, beverages, healthcare and other critical areas.
The washroom is accessible via a robust wing door and is made of 316
stainless steel. It is hygienically constructed.
By using a combination of specially developed spraying technologies
with variable performance, the washing machine offers energy-rich
washing along with an energy-saving rinse, which is selected by a
simple recipe selection.
Description
The SteriWasher ™ parts washers use existing and new technologies to
provide an environmentally friendly washing system with low water and
energy consumption in production and research environments for
equipment ranging from critical small parts and tools to large mixers,
barrels and containers.
The range is available with a range of chamber sizes ranging from 0.6
mx 0.6 mx 0.6 m to the largest size of 1.5 mx 1.5 mx 1.5 m.
Tailor-made variants are available with any chamber size that meets
your requirements.
The washers are equipped with gap-free fixtures and are equipped with
an airtight, leak-proof inflatable door seal for the entire product
and the washing container. The washers are equipped with standard or
tailor-made panels with individual positions for validated cleaning,
which are removable and can be loaded onto mobile wagons for loading
and unloading. They are available with a one- or two-door version for
transit requirements. The washers are available in single-door,
straight-line two-door or 90-degree two-door through-the-fly versions
and are made of 316 stainless steel according to the cGMP, EHEDG, ASME
BPE and GAMP standards.
