STANKOIMPORT 5822M thread grinding machine was manufactured in the USSR. The machine is used for the process of grinding threads to give them the correct dimensions and roughness. During this process, a grinding wheel with a diameter of 400 mm is used to remove a small allowance from the workpiece, forming the thread shape on it. The grinding machine processes threads with a maximum diameter of 200 mm, a length of 500 mm and a weight of up to 30 kg. Depending on the choiceed disc, the diameter of the workpiece can be from 3 to 150 mm (grinding with a single-coil disc) or from 10 to 120 mm (grinding with a multi-coil disc).
