Separates polymers, colors (including black). Partially shoots aluminum (sees by color). The sorting machine additionally includes: a platform, a chiller ~3.5kW (for cooling), a flake feeding system (by fan), suction of good flakes and feeding into a packing cyclone + cyclone/bunker + big bag frame with pneumatic cylinders, suction of bad flakes into a cyclone (separate from good ones). We sorted 1-1.3 tons/hour of sufficiently quality PET flakes.

- Optical Sorting Technology: Uses an advanced inspection system with high-resolution cameras, often enhanced by LED or IR lights, to detect defects and foreign materials within and outside the visible spectrum. 2 Chute configuration that allows high processing capacity and, in some cases, product rearrangement to maximize efficiency. - InGaAs technology: InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) technology, based on infrared, improves the visibility of defects that have the same color as the good product. - Pneumatic Ejectors: Uses high-speed, high-precision ejectors to remove defective materials with compressed air jets, minimizing good product waste. - Intuitive Operating Software: Operated via a graphical touchscreen user interface (GUI) that makes it easy to control the process and adjust sensitivity settings. - Versatility: It is a flexible solution that can be configured for a wide ra ...
