Used blow moulding machine made by SIPA model SFR24. New 2007.
It has 24 blow stations. The maximum blow speed is 38,000 bottles per
hour for the 1.75 l format and 41,000 bottles per hour for the 1.5 l,
1.25 l, 1.0 l and 0.7 l formats.
The device has an air recovery system and linear optical control for
testing the quality of preforms.
Supported thread type: PCO 1881.
The blow moulding machine has an integrated control system with
visualisation in Polish, English and Italian.
A complete set of documentation is included with the blow moulding
machine.
The blow moulding machine includes: an automatic air-cooled chiller
for supplying the machine with cooling water, an automatic preform
feeder, an automatic preform basket tipper and a bottle ejector
mounted on an air conveyor.
