The compendium includes machinery, equipment, movable capital goods

Hardware, small parts and all goods not expressly indicated in the
appraisal are excluded from the sale.
The transfer takes place en bloc, as a whole and not as a measure, in

the \"seen and liked\" formula, without any guarantee from the
transferor company regarding defects, discrepancies, quality,
compliance with current regulations or suitability for use.
Any technical, economic and regulatory verification remains the
