12 barg. These conditions do not necessarily correspond to the 9 bar
design pressure stated on the installed equipment nameplates.
Catalogue dimensions and weights are indicative and may exclude
installed accessories, burners, economizers, platforms, chimneys,
pipework and other auxiliary equipment. Actual transport dimensions
and weights must therefore be established before removal.
Condition and Inspection
The two main Sincal boilers are reported to be new, installed and
unused. The complete installation has a very good overall visual
appearance, with no significant external damage apparent in the
available photographs.
The equipment is offered in its current installed condition and
location. No independent operational test, commissioning verification
or certification of the complete installation is implied by this
description.
A site inspection is recommended to verify the equipment
configuration, nameplates, included components, condition, dimensions,
weights, accessibility and suitability for the intended
application.
Dismantling, Loading and Collection
The equipment is sold installed. The purchaser is responsible for all
costs, resources and risks associated with disconnection, dismantling,
preparation, lifting, extraction, loading and removal.
Removal may require dismantling and reinstating sections of the
building roof or other structural enclosures to extract the equipment.
Any such work is subject to the owner's prior authorisation.
The purchaser must prepare a suitable dismantling and removal plan and
engage appropriately qualified and legally authorised contractors for
work involving gas systems, steam lines, pressure equipment,
electrical installations and chimneys.
Loading, transport, packaging and dismantling are not included in the
sale price.
