SIMATIK - Automatic machine for the production of concrete products on

concrete surface (pista).
The machine is of Austrian origin, about 30 years old. Massive
construction and
very flexible. The wheelbase is 120 cm. It operates on 380 V. The
minimum fuse
rating is 25 A. The weight of the machine without the model is
approximately 4
tons. The machine operates via hydraulics and electromagnetic
valves.
The machine was last generally renovated in 2022.
The complete electricity was replaced, so that the machine can now
be
operated automatically, semi-automatically or manually. It is set via
a touch
monitor. touch. The program on the screen can be programmed in any
language.
Some bearings and seals were also replaced, and the structure was

renovated.
The machine includes two sets of Knauer vibrators and hydraulic tongs
for
palletizing or loading products.
We also add four basic models (molds) for concrete blocks.
The buyer can test the machine with us. If desired, we can also
instruct the
buyer on the operation of the machine or train him to handle it before
taking it
over.
