per machine: motorized width adjustment with automatic positioning,
coolant pump for coolant recirculation, 1x solenoid valve for water
supply, manual glass thickness adjustment, transport belts with Low-E
kit. Automatic destacking of large glass formats (6000x3210mm) from
main production, which are then cut into corresponding individual
panes. Further processing: individual panes can be flexibly processed
further (cutting, grinding, drilling). Cleaning: afterwards the panes
pass through an industrial washing and drying unit. Quality control:
after cleaning, an automatic quality control is carried out using a
scanner. Tempering process (ESG): panes can be fully automatically
destacked or optionally passed through a tempering furnace. In the
furnace, the glass is heated to approx. 600°C and then cooled to
produce tempered safety glass (ESG). Destacking: both the standard and
the tempered panes can be fully automatically destacked at the end of
the process. In addition to the main line, a water treatment system
for the washing machine and a sludge treatment system for the
reprocessing of rinse water are part of the package. All plant
components have been regularly maintained. A wide range of spare
parts, complete replacement robots, and numerous glass racks in
