2,000 l., parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel
1.4301 (AISI 304), mixing unit drive 30 kW (with external fan),
equipped with 2 cutting rotors (18.5 kW each), 2 liquid lances for
injection directly onto the cutting rotors and pneumatic spiral
cleaning. Emptying via pneumatically operated bottom flap.
The scope of supply also includes: control cabinet with frequency
control for the mixing unit (0.25 to 2.8 m³/s circumferential speed),
weighing frame with 4 load cells, 4 machine feet to raise the mixer
body, jet-cleaned cartridge point filter with 4 m² filter area and 3
kW blower (ATEX, 2,580 m³/h air flow), silencer, water dosing and
