This industrial bonding machine is an automated production line,
developed for accurate and efficient assembly processes in which
dosing, positioning and pressing come together seamlessly. The
installation is built around a Siemens PLC platform and combines an
advanced CNC (Siemens SINUMERIK 828D) with a glue dosing unit (Wiltec
Gluemix), a high-quality transport system, a pick & place module
and an automatic pressure press.
