A complete Respecta epoxy resin metering and casting system is
available. 1) Big bag station for supplying fillers, max. particle
size: 0.7mm, max. bulk density: 0.5g/cm³. 2) Two IBC connections for
liquid components A and B with diaphragm pumps. 3) Two buffer tanks
for A and B, volume: approx. 230l. Including level sensors and
automatic IBC filling. 4) Volumetric metering to the mixing screw with
flow meter and pressure monitoring. 5) Degassing unit. 6) Continuous
epoxy resin inline heater with process monitoring of the resin
temperature and the epoxy hardener, viscosity range: approx.
350-450mPas, max. epoxy resin temperature: 20°C. 7) Semi-automatic
flushing and cleaning unit for the casting unit, volume: approx. 50l.
Overall system control: Siemens Simatic S7, additional controls:
control cabinets/frequency converters/industrial PC, overall system
casting capacity: approx. 30l/min. The system allows mechanical
preparation for retrofitting up to 3 additional filler metering
systems. It is recommended to renew the lines and the diaphragm pumps
before commissioning. Documentation available. An on-site inspection
is possible.
